Lace up boots & Soft shades

Everything changes when there is finally sunshine! Today I can show you the pictures I made on the first day of spring in the North of Germany! As soon as I feel the first rays of sun on my skin, I become a different person. Well, Hamburg is one of the most beautiful cities I could imagine, yet, I’m living in the wrong climate zone! I’m such a summer person and sun just makes me feel happy and free! The happier I am to show you today’s look – Because I can see a way more relaxed, sun-kissed Leonie and I hope you can also see the difference!:)

Today’s outfit just happened. Most of the time I’m not looking for inspiration – Inspiration finds me! And within seconds I feel totally inspired and all I can do is run to my closet in order to try on what I just saw in front of my inner eye. And inspiration happened on Saturday evening. I was thinking about my upcoming journey and about the skirt I just bought to wear in Asia… Do I have to wait for Asia? Can’t I combine the skirt in a way that fits the seasonal change? I started throwing on pieces and ended up wearing today’s look – It just felt right to me! I liked the idea of heaving a strong contrast – Wearing lace up overknees in combination with soft spring shades! Still, I will take the skirt on vacation with me. Wrappy skirts are just multi talents! I already have some ideas in mind…;) xx Leonie

Was ein kleines bisschen Sonnenschein ausmacht… Heute kann ich euch endlich Bilder zeigen, die ich an dem ersten schönen Frühlingstag in Hamburg gemacht habe. Sobald mir die ersten Sonnenstrahlen ins Gesicht strahlen, frage ich mich wie ich all diese grauen stürmischen Herbst und Wintertage in Hamburg überleben konnte. Ich bin ein totaler Sommermensch und so sehr ich Hamburg auch liebe – Ich lebe in der falschen Klimazone! Wenn die Sonne scheint, dann bin ich glücklich – Und heute sehe ich mir den Unterschied auf jedem der Bilder an und ich bin ganz froh, euch heute mal wieder ein entspanntes und befreites Sonnen-Ich zeigen zu können! 🙂

Mein heutiger Look ist einfach so passiert. Meistens suche ich nicht nach Inspiration, sondern sie fällt ganz überraschen über mich her! Völlig unerwartet und ohne Ankündigung und dann laufe ich zu meinem Kleiderschrank und bin ganz aufgeregt. Und so saß ich Samstag Abend in der Küche als ES passierte – Die Muse hatte mich geküsst und plötzlich musste ich an den gewickelten Rock denken, den ich mir für den Urlaub gekauft hatte. Dann ging alles ganz schnell…. Kann ich den Rock nicht auch für den Übergang kombinieren? Wie wäre es mit verspielten Overknees als herbstliches Element? Oder aber mit frühlingshaften Erdtönen? Und plötzlich hatte ich eine Mischung aus beidem an und alles fühlte sich richtig an. Das Resultat ist ein kontrastreicher Look: geschnürte Overknees zu frühlingshaften Nuancen! Und in den Urlaub werde ich den Rock trotzdem mitnehmen, Wickelröcke sind einfach wahnsinnig vielseitig! Ich hab da schon so Ideen… 😉 xx Leonie
