What the fringe?

When a trend doesn’t seem to come to an end, there must be something about it! This one is dedicated to all the fringe lovers out there!:)

Western… Well, I’m not too sure what I think about this topic. I’ve never even watched a sequence of Indiana Jones and there is only one picture that shows me on the back of a horse – crying!!! Still, my lack of interest changes when we take Western into a fashionable context – Fringe! Who would not like fringe? Something that flows around with every single movement, something you can play around with? I guess I bought my first super adorable fringe bag about four years ago (I have to show it to you soon – because you have to love it!) and somehow it seems to be a never ending trend! But – why not?  I can deal with it – We all have seen worse trends! Today I combined my fringe kimono with a fringe clutch – Nevertheless, my personal favorite of today’s look is my leather shirt. Not even because of the zipper details, but also because it was one of my craziest bargains ever and I’m still a bit proud thinking about how I met this one! Let me tell you! I went to NYC during winter sale (no, it was not a coincidence!) and found this Balmain Paris leather piece for less than 10% of the original price at Century21…! Probably it was meant to be!? And probably I have to return for next sale!? I added some dark floral print pants – a good alternative to the light floral prints we had in summer – and some rather old but sill beloved black wedges. And in case I do look relaxed, it should be quite surprising because this its outfit No. 7 I shot with The Styleograph on Sunday. And those with Mathematical super powers among you (don’t be ashamed, being nerdi is a good thing in the long term ;)) already calculated that there must be at least 6 more looks coming up soon! Didn’t I promise to get this party started?;) Well, I’m doing my very best! And I have to say thank you for your lovely comments lately, I read every single one and it always feels like Christmas! And I love Christmas!:)

Western… Ich weiß ja nicht so recht! Ich habe nie, nie, nie Indiana Jones oder ähnliche Streifen gesehen und das einzige Bild, was Klein-Leonie auf dem Rücken eines Pferdes zeigt, zeigt ein weinendes Mädchen! Und obwohl ich unheimlich gerne tanze, habe ich nie das Lasso raus geholt und Cowboy und Indianer gespielt – außer in der Mode! Und dann bitte fein portioniert! Die Portionen gibt es heute in Form eines Fransen-Kimonos und einer Fransen-Clutch! Mein größter Stolz ist jedoch mein Lederoberteil. Ich bin ein großer Fan von Shirts aus Leder und dieses Exemplar ist tatsächlich von Balmain Paris – Und nein, ich habe nicht im Lotto gewonnen (sonst wäre ich wahrscheinlich schon auf einer never ending Weltreise), sondern war der verrückteste Schnäppchenjäger im Wintersale bei Century21 in New York. Ich kann euch so viel verraten: ich habe dieses Oberteil für weniger als 10% des Originalpreises gekauft. Es ist verrückt, aber es ist die Wahrsein!:) Da diesen Herbst / Winter dunkle florale Prints eine schöne Alternative zu den bunten Blumenmotive des Sommer sind, habe ich noch eine entsprechende Hose und Leder Wedges kombiniert! Und falls ich noch entspannt aussehe ist es beinahe ein Wunder: dieses ist Look 7 in meiner Sonntags-Action mit The Styleograph in Berlin! Die Mathematiker unter euch haben es erfasst: ich habe noch mindestens sechs weitere Look für euch! Hatte ich nicht gesagt ab jetzt geht’s los? Ich tue mein Bestes!
