Nude layers & black leather

Taking seasonal trends aside and focusing on personal favorite fashion topics for autumn: I’d like to nominate layer looks and black over knees!

Do you still remember this game teachers used to play during class: Imagine you have to leave for a lonely island – which belongings would you take with you? What is essential for you to survive? And even putting factors such as weather conditions and a lonely island aside: do you have favorite pieces that you just wouldn’t give away for any price?

In case I would ever get into this inconvenient situation of taking only my favorite belongings with me – What would I take? Which pieces are timeless favorites that I use even after years? These questions are not easy to be answered! Well, there is a lot I could easily sell (and that I will sell – get ready Kleiderkreisel & Mädchenflohmarkt!;)), things I bought out of a mood or due to seasonal trends! But there are also pieces that I wear again and again and I’m not caring at all whether they are “trendy” at the moment. For today’s look I selected two of my favorite fashion topics for autumn!

NUDE LAYERS: There are three pieces that you have already seen as part of the posts Ohh Summer Breeze and Knit & Nude: my long blouse, oversized knit and my trapeze bag!Those pieces are just wonderful and allow you to combine all kind of colors and – for today’s look- materials!

BLACK LEATHER: Somehow on of my addictions! Pieces like slim leather pants, wide leather pants and leather shirt (e.g. What the Fringe?) are always a good choice! For today’s look I combined my favorite and (I admit) kind of extreme over knees and some wide leather shorts!

Erinnert ihr euch noch an dieses Spiel zu Schulzeiten, bei dem man nur eine begrenzte Anzahl an Dingen mit auf eine einsame Insel nehmen durfte? Was ist überlebenswichtig? Was lässt sich vielfältig einsetzten? Und selbst wenn wir jetzt die Faktoren wie Wetter und einsame Insel außen vor lassen: wisst ihr was eure absoluten Lieblingsteile sind, die ihr niemals in eurem Kleiderschrank missen wollen würdet?

Würde ich also jetzt in die unschöne Situation kommen und dürfte nur ein paar Lieblingsteile mit an einen unbestimmten Ort nehmen – Was wäre es? Was sind Teile, die ich mir auch über Jahre hinweg heilig in meinem Kleiderschrank halte? Gar nicht so einfach!:) Ich bin zwar immer wieder sehr empfänglich für saisonale Trends und außergewöhnliche Teilchen, aber es gibt auch Anziehsachen, die ich seit Jahren liebe und die mich immer wieder aufs Neue begeistern… Mein heutiges Outfit beinhaltet gleich zwei Modethemen, die ich besonders mag!

NUDE LAYERS: Und so habe ich für den heutigen Lagen-Look zwei Teile, die ihr besonders mochtet, nämlich meine lange Bluse vom Look Ohh Sumer Breeze und meinen Oversized Knit von Knit & Nude kombiniert. Für Nude Looks setzte ich wie ihr vielleicht schon bemerkt habe gerne auf meine klassische Trapez Bag!

BLACK LEATHER: Ist einfach ein zeitloses Modethema! Meine Basics wie eine enge Lederhose, eine weite Lederhose und ein Ledershirt (z.B. bei What the Finge?) habe ich schon lange und kombiniere sie einfach jede Saison anders! Heute gibt es schwarzes Leder in Form von extra hochgehenden Overknees aus schwarzem Glattleder und weiten schwarzen Ledershorts!

Und falls euch Lagen-Look zu Overknees zu gewagt ist, kann ich euch jetzt schon versprechen, dass ich hiermit lediglich die Overknees Saison einleite: da wird noch so einiges kommen!:) Picture credits: The Styleograph. Ich drück euch, xx Leonie .)
