All knitted & a pop of blue

The excitement is rising – We just experienced the first sunny days in the North of Germany and there were some unbelievable precious moments which already felt like spring! And as much as I love to snuggle up in beige, grey and black winter pieces, I cannot wait to go all crazy and dress up for warmer days! Therefore, it’s about time to send a clear signal towards spring: “Spring, it’s me, Leonie – I’m ready for you!”;) In order to celebrate this first spring fever, I decided to wear my favorite of all signal colors: royal blue! I just found the oversized knit cardigan as a really good bargain at the Zara sale (oops, I did it again!) and I wasn’t sure whether to keep or to return it, when the strappy blue heels crossed my eyes and I felt heavily for them! And since 1 plus 1 equals a good foundation for a look, I decided to combine today’s all knitted look with a pop of color! When I was shooting today’s look I checked the temperature but I didn’t double check the wind strength and, therefore, I got blow-dried when taking the pictures. Well, what should I say – I would give a lot to send spring a clear signal!;) xx Leonie

Die Aufregung steigt – Wir haben im hohen Norden Deutschlands wieder die 10 Grad Grenze gestreift und es gab Momente, in denen ich mich dem Frühling bereits sehr nah fühlte! Und so gerne ich mich auch in meiner grau, beige, schwarzen Wintergarderobe verstecke, so wird es doch Zeit dem Frühling klare Signale zu senden: “Frühling, Ich bin dann jetzt so weit!”;) Und zur Feier der ersten Frühlingsanwandlungen habe ich zu meinem heutigen Strick Look meine wahrscheinlich liebste Knallfarbe kombiniert: Royal blau! Royal, ganz richtig, wie eine Königin!;) Den XXL Cardigan hatte ich unverschämt günstig vergangene Woche im Zara Sale gefunden und wollte ihn schon retournieren, hätten mich nicht die blauen Strappy Heels ziemlich verführerisch angelacht. Uns so dachte ich mir 1 + 1 ergibt einen Look und habe mich nach meinem letzten “All knitted, all neutral” Look heute für einen All knitted Look mit einem schönen kontrastreichen blau entschieden! Leider hatte ich nur auf die Temperatur und nicht auf die Windstärke geguckt und wurde für die Bilder ordentlich durchgepustet – Was tut man nicht alles, um dem Frühling eine kleine Liebesbotschaft zu senden!? 😉 xx Leonie
