After Alex and I spent the first days in Nusa Dua on the East Side of Bali, we decided to change coasts and went to Jimberan, which is located on the West side of the island. I loved the West Coast a lot, since thee are too many nice places located near by. The airport is not far away and you can quickly reach the popular cities Seminyak and Kula which are really colorful and offer a wide variety of bars, restaurants and fun beaches. In Jimberan we stayed with the InterContinental Bali Resort which was a really good idea! The huge garden of the hotel was really relaxing, we spend our time in the beds next to the pool, watched the most beautiful sunsets at the beach or enjoyed dinner with a romantic view. There was so much to discover and I always found something new I loved about the place. On our first evening we were invited to try the Japanese signature restaurant which has been an unforgettable experience and when I thought it couldn’t get any better, I spotted a place were they served complimentary banana fritters! Eating those fritters next to the pool, watching the sun set behind the palm trees was one of my personal highlights of the trip!:) Thank you, dear Inter ContinentalBali, for the excellent service and the beautiful time! I hope you enjoy my little picture diary!:) xx Leonie

That’s amazing! I looove Bali! I hope you have an amazing time (and good food should always be a priority ;))
What a wonderful post about Bali, I absolutely adore it. The two best places to stay in Bali are Ubud and Nusa DUA, in my opinion, as they are the most relaxed and peaceful areas.
