Shopping Inspo: Christmas is coming!

After a couple of days in the heat of Dubai and the desert, I am now back in Germany and it has put me in a Christmassy mood! 🙂 I started shopping for Christmas presents last week and already uploaded a first gift guide (here).

However, there were still a couple of people left for whom I needed to buy presents and I also needed to buy some winter clothes and accessories for myself after I had spent so much of November and December in the sun. An online shop that has both beautiful clothes and great labels but also ideas for smaller presents and accessories – thus perfect for my needs this week – is MATCHESFASHION.COM. They have a gift guide that I had a thorough look at. Matchesfashion.com divided up their gifts in three ways: according to the kind of gift you want to give (e.g. Statement Shoes, which is definitely one of my favorite categories as you can probably imagine), the kind of person you want to give the gift to (e.g. The Elegant Traveler such as myself – well, I am often in hurry and a bit inconsistent on the “elegant” part ;)), and the amount of money you want to spend (although matchesfashion usually features mostly luxury brands, they here assembled some ideas for the smaller budget as well).
