#35Experiences | Athens, Spetses, Hydra

Most of you probably know that I am a huge Greece fan! That is why I was very excited when Folli Follie invited me on a special Greece trip. Folli Follie is a Greek brand and for the occasion of their 35^th birthday, they invited bloggers to Greece to show them (and therefore you :)) more of their beautiful home country. Fitting the occasion the theme of the trip was “35 experiences”. And as I have already written in my Monday Update, I think “100+ experiences” would have been a more fitting slogan because we experienced sooo many great things in those three days – I can’t quite grasp it yet! We started in Athens where we got to know each other and the beautiful Folli Follie collection during breakfast. We then went for a stroll to our amazing first shooting location: a villa with an infinity pool overlooking Athens and the Acropolis. For dinner we drove to the Island Restaurant, a beautiful restaurant right on the coast that funnily had been recommended to me by followers on Instagram (thank you! :)) and that I had wanted to check out anyhow. The next morning we jumped on a yacht and headed to Hydra for lunch and another shooting. Despite the fact that we only had limited time on Hydra, we managed to go for an extensive stroll through the alleyways with their pink bushes and we made plenty of new friends: many, many, many cats! 🙂 And the harbor where we ate was beautiful as well! I simply loved all of Hydra! From Hydra we headed to Spetses, where we also spent the night. Spetses is bigger than Hydra and you can’t explore all of it in such a short time but we did see enough to say that it is an amazing island as well. We had another shooting on a beautiful little beach, went for a carriage ride and had lunch at a beautiful mansion in the hills! The icing on the cake was when we took a helicopter to our dinner location! As a surprise every girl not only got a present in the end but also a picture drawn by a well-known caricaturist depicting her as a Disney princess. I’m Cinderella – you can imagine how excited I was about that! 😉 Today I will show you my favorite pictures from the trip, which was a hard choice because there were sooooo many since we experienced so much. I really hope you like them! I can definitely tell you that I am an even bigger Greece fan now than I was before! I think it is one of the most beautiful countries of all and there is so much to explore – you can keep coming back! And I will! 😉 xx Leonie

Die meisten von euch wissen wahrscheinlich, dass ich ein großer Griechenland Fan bin und umso mehr habe ich mich gefreut mit Folli Follie auf einen ganz besonderen Griechenlandtrip zu gehen. Folli Follie ist in Griechenland Zuhause und deswegen hatten sie es sich zum Ziel gemacht zum Anlass ihres 35. Geburtstags Bloggern (und somit natürlich auch euch) etwas mehr von ihrer wunderschönen Heimat zu zeigen. Das Ganze stand passend zum Jahrestag unter dem Motto „35 Experiences“ und ich habe schon im Monday Update geschrieben, dass ich finde, dass “100+ experiences” ein noch passenderer Slogan gewesen wäre (aber ich kann schon verstehen, dass Folli Follie keine 65 Jahre mehr warten wollte)! Die drei Tage waren wirklich unfassbar und ich kann noch gar nicht richtig greifen, was wir alles erlebt haben. Gestartet sind wir in Athen, wo wir uns morgens getroffen haben um bei einem Frühstück uns und die neue Folli Follie Kollektion kennenzulernen. Danach ging es auf einen Spaziergang zu unserer ersten Shootinglocation: einer wunderschönen Villa mit Infinity Pool und Blick über Athen und auf die Akropolis. Abends ging es ins Island Restaurant direkt an der Küste, was auch echt wunder-wunderschön war und mir witzigerweise vorher bereits von Followern auf Instagram empfohlen worden war (danke dafür <3). Am nächsten Morgen ging es auf einer Yacht ab auf die Inseln, zunächst nach Hydra. Hier haben wir wieder geshootet und gegessen und ich muss sagen, Hydra war wirklich super süß und hat mir sehr gut gefallen. In der doch begrenzten Zeit, die wir hatten, sind wir durch die kleinen Gassen voller pinker Büsche gelaufen und haben ganz viele Katzen getroffen. 🙂 Und auch der Hafen, wo wir direkt am Wasser gegessen haben, war total schön! Von Hydra aus sind wir abends weiter nach Spetses gefahren, wo wir auch übernachtet haben. Auch Spetses hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Spetses ist nicht ganz so klein und eng (positiv gemeint) wie Hydra und man kann es nicht einfach in kurzer Zeit ablaufen. Wir haben trotzdem einiges gesehen! Morgens hatten wir ein Shooting an einem kleinen schönen Strand und sind im Anschluss mit der Pferdekutsche durch die Gassen gefahren. Mittags sind wir in eine ganz besondere Location in den Hügeln mit Pool und großem Essbereich gefahren. Der krönende Abschluss war am Abend ein Helikopterflug zu unserem Dinner. Als Überraschung hat jedes Mädchen neben einem Geschenk auch noch ganz individuell ein Bild bekommen, auf dem ein bekannter Illustrator die Charaktere der Mädchen als Disneyfiguren dargestellt hat. Ich war Cinderella, worüber ich mich natürlich sehr gefreut habe. 😉 Heute gibt es ein paar meiner Lieblingsbilder von dem Trip. Insgesamt gibt es noch viiiel mehr, weil wir wie gesagt mindestens 100 große Erlebnisse hatten, aber ich habe mich angestrengt die Schönsten für euch auszuwählen. Hoffentlich gefallen euch die Eindrücke! Ich zumindest bin jetzt noch ein größerer Griechenlandfan und finde wirklich, dass es eins der schönsten Länder überhaupt ist! Und das Beste ist, es gibt hier so viel zu erkunden, dass man immer wieder hin reisen kann! 🙂 xx Leonie
