Pink flowers & Jimmy Choo | Ravello

Pink flowers & Jimmy Choo | Ravello

As it was my second time in Positano, I decided it’s about time to do something new and, therefore, we spontaneously rented a car for a day to have a little road trip along the Amalfi Coast. This trip is often called one of the most romantic road trips you can have in Italy, but frankly speaking it felt quite adventurous as the roads are build close to the edge and Italians are known for driving a little more enthusiastically.;) Especially when making a sharp turn next to the cliff, I sometime closed my eyes as I was too afraid of having a car approaching us, driving too far on our side of the road. Still, the views and the dreamy small towns of the Amalfi Coast were worth all the adrenaline. Finally, me made it to Ravello. I’m very aesthetically emotional and I love visiting old Italian villas with dreamy backyards. We visited the Villa Rufolo and the Villa Cimbrone. Both places were yaw dropping and I used all my imagination in order to picture how beautiful the villas must look during spring with all the blooming flowers! I directly planned an itinerary for my parents and convinced them to spend their spring holidays exploring the Amalfi Coast – Knowing that my Mom might hate me for the small roads along the coast.;) In the noon we were starving and decided to go to the picturesque Hotel Belmond Caruso for a late lunch with a stunning view. We ended up having pizza and spaghetti in this beautiful surrounding and afterwards took today’s pictures. I was wearing an easy explorer look: My fav One Teaspoon shorts, Misa Los Angeles top and a cute suede bag by Jimmy Choo which accidentally matched the blooming flowers of Ravello. Can’t wait to share for Amalfi love with you, xx Leonie

These photos are so beautiful! What kind of lenses do you use for your outfit shots that keep the background still so gorgeous? <3

Mega mega schöne Bilder und toller Look! Positano/die Amalfiküste scheint ja wirklich wunderschön zu sein so wie du davon schwärmst (und was man auf den Bildern sieht) <3

Oh I know exactly what you mean about those curvy roads… we drove from Amalfi into Conca Dei Marini and ended up staying way too long. Lets just say the drive back home in the dark was something I would not do again! But I think next time I go, I will stay in Ravello instead of Positano just to vary a bit 🙂

Awesome views and a great summer outfit. Unfortunatelly, we need to wait a few months after getting inspired… Anyway, it’s amazing holidays’ vibes. 🙂

Sounds like a beautiful time and an amazing road trip! I also get nervous on those little Italian roads, but they’re always worth the trip! Love that your bag matched the scenery 🙂
