My bday ‘20

One more from my bday series and this time it’s about my actual birthday… Yeeeah, my excitement is real each and every year. The last few years we decided to take a little adventurous boat trip to Capri to enjoy my favourite Positano AND Capri activities.

This year, we started my bday with a dinner at the romantic La Sponda restaurant and a glass of champagne at Aldo’s. At midnight Alex surprised me with a super delicious vegan chocolate cake. In the morning we had a refreshing morning dip in the pool (I love swimming before starting the day) and during breakfast, my crazy boyfriend surprised me with another super yummy vegan lemon cake. We stored the cake in our hotel restaurant’s fridge and had lemon cake for breakfast for the next few days which was quite fun. <3

After opening my presents and receiving some beautiful flowers from Alex, friends & brands we headed down to the pier. We enjoyed the sun while taking the boat to Capri which is about a 45min boat ride and stopped for a little swim in the blue lagoons of Capri.

Afterwards, we got dressed for a quick Capri visit, which started by taking a cute vintage car up to Capri city where we had a latte macchiato at the famous Piazzetta, strolled through some beautiful gardens close to Augusto, shared a granita, did a little shopping and ended to trip with a gelato. All in 2 hours. Not bad, right?!

Back at the boat we changed into our swim again and made our way to the iconic Il Faraglioni rocks for sunset. Even though we had done this a few times already it was still STUNNING. When heading back to Positano we watched the sun setting behind the coastline and cheered with another glass of birthday champagne while getting ready for dinner.

For dinner, we went to the most amazing restaurant Zass which is part of my beloved Il San Pietro de Positano hotel. You can get there by boat, arriving at their stunning private beach on the rocks and take a rock elevator to the restaurant. What I love most about the restaurant is the free pizza (hell yeeeeeah!) they serve as a complimentary starter before dinner. Plus the views are just stunning.

Alex surprised me with more flowers and cake (!!) and I told him to not go as crazy next year 🙈 when we headed home after dinner and laughs in bed, sharing one more slice of chocolate cake, I felt so happy and full of love. What an unforgettable birthday 🤍

Bday girl 🥰 I have the craziest most loving boyfriend so I decided to share these cake moments as they represent how Alex makes me feel every day and especially on my bday. Wait until the end of video 3 to see how I started to tell Alex to never again give me three cakes within 24h 🤭🤭🤭 PS: Question of all questions: which cake looks the yummiest? 1, 2 or 3? 😂
