I’ve always enjoyed a little retail therapy and love trying to find the very best pieces brands have to offer so that I can share them with you guys, especially as it can sometimes feel slightly quite overwhelming when a change in season approaches and new trends start to emerge. I find it really helpful to narrow down my own wishlists by seeing what will incorporate well into my existing wardrobe and so I always hope that sharing these wishlists is helpful for you too. <3
As much as I would love to wear floaty summer dresses all the time, it’s not always practical with city life so instead I’ve pulled together a relaxed city-chic summer look centred around this oversized white shirt by Balenciaga. The off-the-shoulder slouchy look is perfectly offset by these Girlfriend Collective biker shorts due to their figure-hugging silhouette. Accessories-wise I’d style this outfit with a JW Anderson chunky chain necklace, cute initial earrings by Maria Black and statement sunnies from Retrosuperfuture’s new collection.
In case you hadn’t already noticed, I’m a little in love with neon at the moment and I just couldn’t resist including these Amina Muaddi platform strappy sandals in this week’s edit. It’s so nice to see the brand experiment with different styles and is exciting for shoe lovers who already have a few of their iconic styles, as well as those who just want to try something different! Talking of neon, I also came across this amazing new brand called ‘New Era’ who have a great selection of caps (my lockdown hair saviours!) at super affordable prices.
Last but not least, I just purchased this new Bottega Veneta pouch which you will see me styling very soon. Do you love their new fabric prints too or would you stick to the more classic leather options from their collection?
