MyTheresa x Valentino Garavani | Capri

Ciao guys! After a busy few days at Cannes Film Festival, I headed to Capri for a couple of projects and spent the weekend with MyTheresa x Valentino Garavani to celebrate their exciting collaboration and shoot some of their exclusive pieces which I hope you’ll love!

Valentino Garavani has explored multiple prints and patterns for this summery collection, ranging from crisp white and red coral print to a retro-inspired blue pattern and mustard florals. I think my favourite might just be the mustard pieces, which have refreshing hints of red and pink.

I opted for this orange-hued bikini with subtle ‘V’ logo branding which runs throughout the exclusive Escape capsule and perfectly suited the stunning setting of Capri. I paired the bikini with the Valentino Garavani raffia beach tote and matching raffia sandals for the ultimate vacation style, though the tan strappy sandals are a great alternative option! The detail on the bag’s buckle is so beautiful as it’s studded with delicate blue and red stones that tie in beautifully with other capsule pieces and bring the colour palettes together.

For boat day excursions, I always like to bring a cover-up on board to protect me from the sun or in case the wind picks up a little and this printed sarong was the perfect piece for the job. Not only does it take up minimal bag space, but you can style sarongs in countless ways. Perhaps I should do a ‘how to’ on this if you’re interested? Let me know if there is anything particular you would love to see. 🙂
