Seychelles ‘23

My first time in the Seychelles and I absolutely loved it! For our NYE travels we decided to visit a new place and I’ve always been curious about the Seychelles: the incredible nature, wildlife and stunning beaches!

We stayed at the Four Seasons on the main island Mahe and absolutely loved it! The hotel is located at Petite Anse one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen! Snorkeling there and just diving into the turquoise water was the absolute dream! Also, the breakfast was the dream! The hotel prepared me plant-based pancakes every morning! One of our highlights was a romantic dinner by the beach for the two of us – what an unforgettable experience!

Afterwards, we took the helicopter to fly to the Six Senses rekey which is in an untamed island with beautiful nature! It was a bit tricky to snorkel or swim as the water was shallow with a lot of sea urchins but we did an island hopping day to the close by islands which was the absolute best! We went to La Digue and saw two wild tortoises (a dream of mine!), eisiges the famous Anse Source D’Argent and had the best time swimming at Petite Anse – one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen in my life! To end the day we went to Curieuse island where a lot of tortoises are living – I absolutely loved learning more about these fascinating aging animals!

Seychelles truly was everything I hoped for and more!
