Our short trip to Dubai (45hrs to be specific ;)) overnight from Paris was even better than expected! These short overnights on an exhausted body sometimes can knock you out BUT arriving on a sunny beautiful day in Dubai and checking back into Atlantis The Royal I felt so thrilled, I didn’t feel the lack of sleep, and we made so much out of the day!
I already shared more from our fun afternoon at the Beach Club 22 but also had to share some more snaps from our short but eventful stay! Highlights included a morning well spent by the beach. There’s something about a little morning dip with a dreamy skyline view and I was very keen on taking my new YSL raffia bag to the beach. Some wardrobe staples I always have with me are some caps (I always burn my scalp!) and some bikinis that have the most comfy fit like this Anemos one I take around the world with me. The white wrap-around dress is one of my beloved Frankie Shop early summer finds! And I just adore my XXL Saint Laurent shades, esp. in brown for summery getaways!
Another highlight was a sunset dip in our pool which was part of our room (honestly: one of the most stunning rooms ever!!!). I packed really light for this trip as it was so last minute but I always have a Magda Butrym bikini on me, I simply adore her flower-embellished designs! I have a few options and mix and match them!
Flying out of Dubai I paired my oversized Birkin with a loose Saint Laurent shirt and small Celine glasses.
Hope you guys like the impressions, I would have loved to stay longer! But I also feel Dubai is THE destination for a layover stay to ease into a new time when flying from Europe to Asia and I’m definitely planning on being back soon!
