Monday Update #54

Monday Update #54

Hey hey, my loves! You might have realised how much I’ve published lately and that’s because I’ve taken a closer look on all the pictures Alex and I have taken in the last weeks and realised that there is still soooo much I want to share with you! Therefore, I will write the upcoming posts in English only to be able to edit everything a bit faster! I hope you can understand as I reeeeally want to share with you as much as possible! <3

R E V I E W:

Last week it hit me hard: My beloved, baby sis Laura, who has supported me and Alex so much during the last six months just finished her studies and her dissertation and will now travel the world with her Mister before being a super smart ass doctor. I got used to my little sisters’ help and, thus, I was completely shocked not having her by my side each and everyday to give me self-confidence, help us structure our to dos and even join us on our trips. But after I’ve been a not so big girl (I might have cried a little tear ;)), I decided to use this shock moment and to turn it into super powers! That’s also why I’ve published so many posts! I focused on all the positive energy and started to work harder and more efficient than I’ve ever worked before! 🙂

Last week has been all about Paris, again! Paris is my city crush number one, so I really don’t mind going there as much as possible! 🙂 This time I headed to Paris because it was Paris Couture week and it was even more exciting, because it was my first time being in Paris during this special week! I got to Paris on Monday to spend most of the day with Dior and Dior beauty to see their breathtaking exhibition, celebration 70 year of Christian Dior and enjoying some drinks in a beautiful set-up close to the Louvre. It was an unforgettable, summerly evening and once again Dior organized a stunning program I felt honored to be part of, next to some celebrities such as Cara Delevigne, Bella Hadid and Natalie Portman.

The following days I spent with Elie Saab perfumes and Shiseido make-up and it’s been such a good time! Elie Saab and Shiseido invited some bloggers to experience the launch of the #GirlOfNow fragrance and to find out all about the Shiseido universe. I was super happy to spend these days with my good friend Nina Suess who has been by my side ever since I’ve started blogging. As we live in different cities and even countries (probably, this might change soon ;)) we don’t see each other that often, but when I spend some time with Nina it’s always something for the soul! Together we had a workshop to learn all about the new fragrance, we were part of the launch and celebrated during the Elie Saab after show party which was SOOOO much fun! I love dancing and when it’s with nice company it’s just unbeatable! For the night I got a beautiful make-up by Shiseido and I felt like a princess during these special days in Paris! My productive new me will definitely share everything with you in my upcoming Paris posts!;)

P L A N S:

I just arrived in beautiful Cinque Terre, Italy – Five amazingly coloured villages I visited last summer! Now, I’m super happy that Furla brought me back here as part of their #FurlaItalianSummer project. As I love Cinque Terre so much, Alex and I decided to even stay two days longer, spending almost a week in this charming area. Afterwards we will have a few days in Milano for meetings, meetings, meetings – And we all know that meetings basically means gelato!;) Just kidding, but there will also be a lot of gelato involved! It’s only my second day in Italy and I already have a high carb, high fat overdose! :O Being veggie in Italy means pizza, focaccia and pasta…! 🙂

N E W  I N:

I wanted to bring some nice, new things to Italy, BUT due to the very sad G20 craziness which was happening in Hamburg, there has been no functional infrastructure and I didn’t get any packages in time. Still, I brought some super cute new Jimmy Choo sandals with bows (I’m always in for bows;)!) and two Furla bags which I will share with you as soon as the campaign will be online! 🙂 Also I updated my shopping section and you can find all my new favourites: here. How cute is this XXL-sleeve Faithfull dress!? I’m looking forward to reading your comments and hear all about your plans! xx Leonie

    Hallo Liebes,

Thank you so much for the feedback – I always feel like I should do much more Insta stories but it’s so difficult to decide whether to enjoy the moment, take a pic OR take a video 😛 🙂 <3
