During Berlin Fashion Week there was a lot of running from A to B, changing outfits in between shows. We couldn’t always capture every outfit but I also got some snaps from streetstyle photographer. Today’s post is a big and colorful mixture of outfits I was wearing for different occasions during MBFWB. What I love the most during fashion week is the opportunity to wear pieces of the different designers to attend their shows. Which one is your favorite look? xx Leonie
1. ALL RAINBOW EVERYTHING
Staying with H&M I was invited to select some of my favorite studio pieces. As I love to play with colors during summer, I directly felt for a colorful slightly pleated maxi skirt. I combined it with an off shoulder top and my colorful Chloé sandals. The sandals are one of my favorite purchases of this summer – They are so original and you can easily combine them with all your colorful pieces. The bag is Jimmy Choo and the sunnies are my favorite Chloé ones – Yes, I obviously love, love, loooove Chloé. There is something so cheerful and colorful about the brand!
2. DENIM CULOTTES & PRINTED BLOUSE
OUTFIT DETAILS: DENIM CULOTTES: Dorothee Schumacher (here or budget version), BLOUSE: Dorothee Schumacher (here or budget version), DIONYSUS BAG: Gucci (here), SUNNIES: Prada (here), EARRINGS: Alexis Bittar (here), SNEAKER: Brunello Cucinelli (here)
It was the third time I attended a Dorothee Schumacher and it was stunning as usual. I got to meet the designer Dorothee a few times and I always feel greatly inspired by her positive and creative attitude. Before the show I visited her showroom and selected the extra wide denim culottes and the printed blouse to wear for her show. Prints is something very typical for Dorothee so I liked the idea of wearing such a piece. I added my Brunello Cucinelli sneaker and my Dionysus bag – I love to combine my Dionysus bag with my new sneakers and I’m always happy when two of my favorites work so well together!;)
3. DENIM CULOTTES & ALL BLUE
OUTFIT DETAILS: DENIM CULOTTES: Dorothee Schumacher (here or budget version), BLOUSE: Uterque (similar here), SILK CLUCH: Dorothee Schumacher (similar here), FLOWER CHOKER: Marina Hoermanseder (similar here), SLIPPER: Gucci (here)
I loved the Dorothee Schumacher culottes so much, I had to wear them a second time. Denim in combination with light blue is always a good idea and, therefore, I added my Gucci paisley slipper and an off shoulder top. For the first time I’m wearing my flower choker I got as a surprise during the Marian Hoermanseder sunset cruise. I also added a silk clutch I got during the Dorothee Schumacher show.
4. MIU MIU BALLERINAS & MLM LAYERING
On the first day of Berlin Fashion Week I was super excited to wear my Miu Miu ballerinas for the first time. They were so comfy and I felt like a ballerina for a day.;) Find all the details about this look: here.
5. PINK CULOTTES & WHITE
OUTFIT DETAILS: CULOTTES: Marina Hoermanseder (similar here), BOMBER JACKET: Marina Hoermanseder (here), SNEAKER: Brunello Cucinelli (here), BAG: Marina Hoermanseder (here), WATCH: Larsson & Jennings (here), BLOUSE: H&M (similar here), SUNNIES: Miu Miu (here)
My highlight of Berlin Fashion Week was the Marina Hoermanseder show. Everything was just perfect: The fitting, the location, the crowd, the music and of course her new collection. I loved the outfit and Marina’s pieces so much, I dedicated a whole post to it – Find out more: here.
6. RAINBOW COLORS, POM POMS & STRIPES
Thursday was our craziest day during fashion week. Even though I was invited to an exclusive Laurel event, our meetings took forever and I was running super late and missed the fitting. I jumped into some of my favorite Storets jeans – How cute are the pompoms!? – And combined my Chloé sandals for some more color explosions.;) I also added by striped blouse dress, which I was wearing on Santorini the other day(find the post: here).
7. RAINBOW COLORS, POM POMS & LAUREL
When I arrived at Laurel some other bloggers saved a cute white dress and I spontaneously changed my outfit a little, wearing Storets jeans, Chloé sandals and the Laurel dress for the show. I even had some minute left and met my friend Christian of “The Styleograph” who snapped the look on my way o the show. If you are looking for a special pair of jeans: I was asked soooo many times about my pom pom jeans! The PR of Laurel, cute Stefanie Giesinger I met after the show and even a big newspaper approached me because they also loved the pompoms. You can find the jeans: here.
8. DENIM JACKET & BRUNELLO CUCINELLI SNEAKER
One of my highlights during MBFWB was shooting something special for Stylebop, one of my favorite online shops. I selected my favorites from their assortment and we shot the look in Berlin Mitte during Sunset. Find out more: here.
All the best, xx Leonie. <3
