After the first real vacay in a long time, I started 2018 with a project with Dior in beautiful Paris. Dior just launched the new Dior Lip Glow Squad campaign with stunner Bella Hadid and I was invited to have my own glow squad experience with my beloved Dior team and two of my blogger friends Xenia and Nina. As Dior and The Hôtel Plaza Athénée are closely connected, I was so happy to be back at my Parisian home away from home.

We started the day with a get together and a lunch at the Plaza Athénée and afterwards we got a beautiful make-up by my favourite make-up artist Norman Pohl who is Dior’s International Pro Team Make-up Artist Germany. Norman did my make-up for my favourite trip in 2017 when I was in South France for Miss Dior and he did not only create the most beautiful, natural look – He was also so much fun being around with so I always get very happy when he’s around with us! Norman created a beautiful glow look and we decided on the perfect Lip Glow color for the night: Raspberry! Dior Lip Glow is one of my favourite lipsticks and I was excited that the lip stick just launched new colors such as ‘Raspberry’, ‘Coral’ and ‘Ultra-Pink‘ in the different textures ‘Matte’ and ‘Holo’. Afterwards we had a girls afternoon with rosé, macaroons and lots of lip glow! We refreshed our make-up and headed out for a yumm dinner at Yeeles. The next morning I had a spa appointment at the beautiful Dior spa which is at the Plaza Athénée (I told you it’s my favorite hotel in the world ;)) and afterwards Alex and I finally had a breakfast at Alain Ducasse. Even though I’ve been to The Hôtel Plaza Athénée so many times, we never made it into the beautiful restaurant. The perfect start into our last day in Paris before heading back to Asia for the Dior #CaptureYouth launch in Shanghai! das sind wieder wunderschöne Bilder <3 Dennoch würde ich mir wünschen, wieder mehr von dir zu hören und zu lesen.
Ohne jetzt kritisieren zu wollen, aber in den letzten Monaten dauerte es immer wochenlang bis sich wieder etwas auf deinem Blog getan hat und dann sind es Immer nur "Werbeposts". Versteh mich bitte nicht falsch, ich liebe deinen Blog und ich finde dich ganz zauberhaft. Allerdings bekomme ich den Eindruck, dass du nur noch unterwegs bist und eine Reise nach der nächsten erlebst, bzw. sie gesponsert bekommst und aber gar nichts mehr davon teilst, mal abgesehen von ein paar Instagrambildern. Früher bin ich jeden Tag total erwartungsvoll auf den Blog gegangen, um zu sehen welche Reisetipps, welche wahnsinnig tollen und einzigartigen "Leonie-Looks" und welche Beautygeheimnisse du teilst. Es war immer alles so kreativ, so anders, so besonders und das fehlt mir zurzeit leider. Ich weiß du bist vielbeschäftigt und musst aus finanziellen Gründen vermutlich auch nichts mehr viel auf deinem Blog veröffentlichen. Dennoch würde ich mich freuen, wenn du wieder regelmäßiger Content erstellst und wieder mehr Authentizität zeigst. Ich weiß auch, dass das viel Arbeit ist und man kostenlosen Content nicht für selbstverständlich nehmen soll, aber als treuer und jahrelanger Leser weiß man ja irgendwann was einen erwartet und mittlerweile ist das für mich persönlich so ein bisschen verloren gegangen. Ich möchte dich wirklich nicht angreifen damit oder so, ich wollte das nur mal gesagt haben, da ich das jetzt schon ne ganze Weile so für mich gedacht habe und es einfach schade finde, denn du warst lange lange Zeit meine absolute Lieblings-Inspirationsquelle. Aber das Leben besteht aus mehr als aus pinken Himmeln und Frühstücksorgien und Instagram und ich wünsche mir ein wenig die alten Zeiten zurück <3
