Jacquemus Obsession

Don’t we agree that sometimes less is more? With this in mind, I’ve been happily reducing the number of items I carry around in my bag, in order to wear one of my favourite fashion trends: The Jacquemus mini bags. 🙂

Ever since I can remember, I’ve been a big fan of Jacquemus and the creative mind behind the brand, Simon. The artistic direction, the sexiness, visual language and creativity of the pieces make me excited every season. But if there’s one item I love the most, it’s definitely the Jacquemus mini bags. To be completely transparent: I love them so much that I now have quite a good selection of them at home. 😉

They’ve been my loyal companions during fashion month and even during the lockdown as they help me to get creative at home and they’re the perfect eye candy for every fashion still. And although you can’t fit too much inside, there are still so many fun possibilities of styling and wearing them. Especially the mini one, which can also be styled as a wrist bag. Here are some ideas of what you can actually get inside them: lipstick, hairpins, chewing gum, cash, credit card and keys. 🙂

Below you can find my absolute favourite Jacquemus bags and how I styled them. During fashion month I just loved the La Boite as it has such a unique, surprising shape. But my most worn is definitely the Le Chiquito, which I’ve been collecting for quite a while already. I have it in black, yellow and my most favourite is pink checked – it’s like mini marshmallows! Other models I love are Le Chiquito Micro as there are so many ways to style it or Le Vanity for its fun round shape. Which one is on top of your wishlist?
