Hi loves, have you watched the Chanel Cruise 21/22 show yet? It was mesmerising (as always!) and I couldn’t wait to share the look I styled for the show with you. I think it might just be one of my all-time favourites!
This season’s Cruise collection is inspired by nature and so I wanted to shoot the outfit close to the water. Luckily in my Hamburg hometown, my favourite spots in the city centre are not just urban but there is also a serene river running through – it really is the best of both worlds and was the perfect location for this shoot. I really am pleased with how the images turned out!
This is my second show with Chanel and I was just as excited and honoured to work with them again. I am totally in love with this fresh yet elegant look and just can’t get over how stunning the blazer is! I chose the classic pink tweed blazer with button detailing which is such an iconic piece with incredible craftsmanship. The history behind the tweed blazer is also super interesting, as Coco Chanel was renowned for merging masculine and feminine aesthetics together. Lagerfeld then revolutionized the style by re-creating new fabrics and cropped lengths. I love how this pink one has a slightly boxy silhouette so that it can be worn dressed up with tailored pants, but would also look amazing with denim.
I immediately knew I wanted to style the jacket with layers and layers of jewellery. I love stacking necklaces and really went all out with this outfit! How could I not?! Especially with this stunning pearl and diamante split drop choker necklace. To balance things out, I kept the rest of the look minimal and chic with tailored white pants and a cream bustier.
Let me know if you guys love this look as much as I do! <3
