Happy Monday loves!
How was everyone’s weekend? We finally got the all-clear from our Covid test so we were finally able to explore my second home, London. At the end of last year when we were just about to go back to London, the UK got on the travel ban list and so we couldn’t get back to our apartment for half a year! I’ve missed being here so so much and was just nice to get some fresh air and have a walk around taking it all in. And you guys know me: after so many months of lockdown I was beyond excited to have a brunch at a restaurant, as outside areas in the UK are open to guests again!

It’s funny whenever I’m in London, I miss our place in Hamburg and vice versa! But I know we are so lucky to be able to live in two places we absolutely adore. When we were stuck in iso, waiting for our ‘good to go’ results, I was flicking through my pictures of Hamburg so thought I would share some here 🙂
When we left Hamburg, the weather was so chilly with moody skies, but there was a small heatwave happening in London. As soon as we left, the sunshine came out and looks like we brought the weather with us over to London hihi (it’s always the way isn’t it!)
We explored our local area over the weekend, trying out food from some of our fave places that we always go to, as well as some new places we haven’t tried before. You guys know I love to try new foods and we have really gone all out since being back!
